London’s Chinese New Year celebrations are the largest outside Asia. Every year, hundreds of thousands of people descend on the West End to wish each other “Xin Nian Kuai Le” (Happy New Year in Mandarin) or “San Nin Faai Lok” (in Cantonese).
It is on Monday, Feb 08, 2016 which begin at 10am with a parade. Tons of activities will take place in Chinatown, Leicester Square, Shaftesbury Avenue and Trafalgar Square.
As usual, celebrations for Chinese New Year in London will be loud and colourful – decorations, dragons and dancing will take over Chinatown.
Everyone’s welcome to join in the party, so why not visit London for your next trip this coming February?
