01. The wall light under the AC unit in the lounge. The glass shade is missing, presumably broken.
02. show the right hand folding door fixed lower than the left hand door. The lower door doesn’t open (fold back) fully, it catches on the floor at 70% open.

The window in the main bathroom looks to be slipping in its frame. Daylight is visible (approx 3/4mm) in the top left. I haven’t opened the window;
It may be the top hinge that has come loose,
The floor tiles in the main bathroom are starting to lift at the edges
The sliding window onto the balcony is very stiff,
The bi-fold wooden door in the lounge/front bedroom, on the right when viewed from the lounge, looks to have dropped on its top hanging fixing and won’t fold back fully.
The glass shade on one of the lounge wall lights is missing, presumably broken.
IS THIS EASY TO SORT IN THE LIFT??
The hand rail in the back of the lift car is still loose.
