We would like to keep your home comfortable and clean, so the common parts are cleaned weekly and your rooms / ensuites are cleaned monthly, this is organised and paid for as part of your contract.
We do offer an additional ironing and laundry service and this is a paid extra at a small cost. If this is of interest to you please let us know.
We want to ensure that any maintenance required is dealt with immediately and as such we would be grateful if you would let us know if you feel anything is needed. As a first step we ask that you email / phone us with an explanation of what needs doing and send us photos. Our housekeeper is also tasked with the same on every visit.
