Be patient as it sometime takes time for the required screen to come up
Please do not remove any cables
Also, please ensure the android box & TV are turned off when not in use
This is a SMART TV
You will find the remote in the wardrobe Please look at the photos attached.
You have to turn on the TV and wait for a minute or 2.
Then you have to press the # button….where this # looks a bit like a butterfly (please look at photo 2 and look at the left hand side of the picture that you see and count 4 buttons down to see the button you need to press – under the button it does say SMART TV)
Then use the grey arrows to move to Netflix or whatever you want to see, like youtube or Euronews.
