Useful things to know before you come
Towels
Please do bring your towels and your swimming towels. You might want to bring smaller rather than larger towels to conserve your space as the caravans are cozy.
Parking
You will find plenty of free parking conveniently close to your caravan. please click here for more detail.
Going in to Town
For walks along the promenade by the harbour to see the chintzy shops, bars and restaurants. You can walk and it will take 20 mins, or take the bus which stops just outside the holiday park. For the timetable click here and click here

What might you like to bring?
We have a hair dryer, shower gel and soap but you may like to bring your own shampoo and sun lotion and sun glasses…you may like to bring slippers too
There is a DVD player so you may like to bring your favourite DVDs
The on-site restaurant will be open and there are many fabulous cafes and restaurants by the harbour in Brixham. There are great cooking facilities in the caravan with a very big fridge and a big freezer. You may like to bring some food with you in a cool box so that when you come you have all that you need for treats….so that once you arrive at the caravan you can relax immediately without having to go off to the shops. Although there is a large retail park 7 minute’s drive away with a large Sainsbury’s, Morrisons, Aldi, Lidly and Asda! Also, there is a lovely farm shop that you will pass on the way to your holiday home….click here to see it.

You are welcome to arrive at the holiday park any time you like and you can enjoy the beaches and the beautiful coastal walks as well during the day. If you arrive before 16:00. If the housekeeping team is ready for you before 16:00 they will send you a text message to let you know.

Locking your front door
To lock your front door you need to first twist the handle up to the vertical position and then please use the key. When you think it is locked, please double check before leaving it.

Shoes
As the carpets and everything is new we would be grateful if you would take off your shoes before coming into the caravan. Thank you.
WIFI
Although there is no WiFi inside your caravan, you can get free WiFI at the bar and restaurant. You should also be able to get a good signal from your own phone or smart device inside the caravan.
Easy check-out time 10:00
Check out is at 10:30 please from the caravan. However, you can enjoy the facilities at the park for the whole day. So, if you would like to stay at the holiday park for longer you might like to consider booking a slot at the swimming pool to have a last shower before you head off home if you would like that.
Polite notice
We would be grateful if you didn’t wear your shoes inside the caravan
Likewise please do not smoke inside or on the decking, this is really important please.
Please do not sit on the soft furnishings with wet or damp clothes as that will stain the fabric and everything is new.
