1. Whilst driving on the A3022 -NEW ROAD heading towards Brixham, you will see a grey toll house. Please take the right fork down MONKBRIDGE ROAD.
2. Go straight over the little round about into HORSEPOOL STREET
3. Go down the little lane
4. At the T junction with the Indian Take Away shop please go right into MILTON STREET
5. Go slowly up this road
6. When you can turn left …double back on yourself….and go up UPTON MANOR ROAD
7. You will see some coloured houses on your left
8. You will then go past a park on your left, where there are tennis courts. These are public courts and it is free for you to play there.
9. You will come to a junction with a tree in the middle of the road.
10. This sign is at the base of the tree
11. Go right onto ST MARY’S ROAD
12. As you keep driving you will see this sign, continue left on ST MARY’S ROAD
13. You will come to another fork in the road where you will see a sign that says if you go straight you get to Sharkham Point BUT NOW LOOK RIGHT AGAIN AND YOU WILL SEE THE HOLIDAY PARK
14. Go right here and you have arrived at South Bay Caravan Park.
15. As you enter you will see ASHMOOR ROAD going off to the right, please take that road.
16. Then take the next turning left up BEARSDOWN
17. As you drive up that hill you will see Special Memories, this is the 4th caravan on the right as you go up the hill. There is parking right outside the front of it and further up in the parking bays.
18. please look out for a very little sign in the bottom left corner of the big window go by the road
